My sons girlfriend brought this cookbook to my home. I love this cookbook, every receipe that I have made has been wonderful. Memees waffles are light and fun. My son said the best waffle he ever had. Some receipes are so simple, but the results are fantastic. I have bought alot of cookbooks that are so so this one is a keeper and a good gift to others. I am told a second book is on its way, I cannot wait. Thank you!!!

I have made many of the recipies in this cookbook and have not come across a bad one yet. The seafood one are particularly good. I highly recommend making the Chocolate Lover's cake.
