I'm glad that I made the decision to buy National Geographic Image Collection. It has some really interesting and beautiful pictures. It's a book that I will look forward to passing on to my children!
Spectacular photos February 1, 2010

This is an excellent book for people who love photography, travel & nature. It's a treat to see what a talented photographer can capture in the natural world. Who know how the pictures might be manipulated or "enhanced" in photoshop, but it doesn't matter. There are often times I'll see a perfect sunset, wild animals or other scenic beauty and be amazed. But the moment is gone so quickly. This book captures those images perfectly. This was given to many people over the holidays.

I purchased this book as a gift, but found that I can't keep my hands off it..incredible photos from the archives of Nat Geo every topic from nature scenes to rare incredible animal shots to history's most famous people (as well as people you've never seen)
This is the must-have of coffee table books.

Bought this book as a gift for a friend. I was able to flip through it briefly before giving it away, and the images were spectacular. My friend has commented to me many times that he really enjoys his new book, and flips through it quite a bit to read interesting things. It is a very large book, and seems perfect to be a very nice "coffee table" book after you are done reading it cover to cover.

When I received it, was better looking than I expected. But why should I be surprised, being that National Geographic is the publisher?
